Cozy, quiet, one-bedroom apartment in downtown Guelph with private access, 4-piece bathroom, eat-in kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, 1-burner induction hotplate, and mini-fridge. Relaxing living room with 43", HD, Roku-enabled TV. Free, on-street overnight parking. We are a 2 minute walk from the closest restaurant. Propane fireplace is available for emergency heat only in winter. In the event of a power outage this would be the only heat available. We allow one pet.
