Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required). Please note we have a video camera overlooking the driveway, stairway, and river bank below the cottage. This property has stairs to enter and many stairs down to the river bank, plus uneven floors inside. Please consider this before booking.

Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. A full walkout basement with lots of lighting! In the bedroom it can get dark enough for you to sleep in or you can let the sun shine through the blinds. There's one bedroom, one bathroom with a Jacuzzi (not an outside hot tub), a mini kitchen (no stove) big living room with big screen TV! Private entrance. Cozy and comfortable! You can retreat and feel renewed! Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

We are close to everything, but away from it all. Setting at the top of a rock cliff overlooking an old rock quarry pond. This place is truly unique. Not to mention the fact that you are in a super posh underground dome earth house. This is a place to "unplug" and relax and do nothing. Walk down to Boone Lake from the front door. Guests get access to a private community dock, so you're on the water without the waterfront price tag. Back at the house: hot tub, gas grill, a table for eating outside, and a fire pit for after dark. Downstairs there's a bonus room with a rock climbing wall built right into it. Full kitchen, fast wifi, streaming TVs, washer, free driveway parking. Johnson City and Kingsport are a short drive.

Hannah’s Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located 20 minutes from Tusculum College and Greeneville and 45-50 minutes from Johnson City. A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023. We want the place to be a testimony to who she was—loving God and people and always friendly and hospitable!
