This house is located with a 4,000 foot grass runway and aircraft tie-downs to secure your aircraft during your stay. There are many things to do around such as going to the Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge or catch the ferry from Swan Quarter and take a trip to Ocracoke!

Enjoy Sunset Place. It only takes one evening relaxing on the second story amazingly large deck with see-through glass panels to realize the name is well suited. From dining in the screened in porch or just lounging on the deck overlooking the Albemarle Sound, the views are breath taking and will make family memories. We welcome families to enjoy their stay, however we do not cater to construction crews nor do we allow pets or inside smoking.

The Trestle House is named after the railroad trestles that serve as the beams in the ceilings of the first floor and basement.
