We are so happy to have added this property. We have been hosting happy guests in Park City for 15 years now. Our new 2 bed and 2 1/2 baths place is ready for your vacation. Located at the Park Avenue condominiums, our home is 1,500 square feet of comfort. Large kitchen, breakfast bar and dining table downstairs. Also downstairs is the great room. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with its own full private bath. Private parking in our carport. With amenities so close that the car can stay parked.

Please note our rental is not ideally suited for small children as we have art and small artifacts, that we treasure, throughout the cottage.

You are a 1 minute walk down 5th St to the center of Main St, a 4 minute walk down Park Ave to the Old Town Lift, and a 3 minute walk up the adjacent staircase to Ski Out access. This single family house was recently fully renovated. It features a great room with views of historic Old Town, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage.
