Situated on a farm between the picturesque villages of Broadway and Winchcombe this private annex is the ideal getaway or escape for visiting the Cotswolds. Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

At Saintbury Grounds Farm we have 3 self-catering holiday let properties set within the converted outbuildings of our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse. Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax
