Be it an extended weekend tucked in seclusion, amongst the birds, river and trees, or find the comforts of a 37 acre small farm nestled in the mountains and settle in, working from afar. Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

There is a deck for sunning, quite a large front and back yard. A great kitchen for meals at home, a forest to explore and miles of trails to mountain bike or hike.

This cozy cabin is on a well maintained town (dirt) road a short walk to Blueberry Lake (on National Forest land, non-motorized) and is within 15 minutes of Breadloaf Wilderness Area, Sugarbush Ski Resort, Mad River Glen Ski Area, restaurants and dining, arts and crafts, sports and specialty shops. It's wooded, quiet, has a light open feeling inside.
