The property consists of 12 acres of fields, woods, stone walls and gardens with the home situated privately looking over the lake shore. The apartment has a private entrance. We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington

This well-appointed home is directly on the lake. You can paddle board, kayak, paddle boat, swim, fish or have some s'mores or cornhole by the fire pit. All outdoor toys are available to you.

Must love animals- your entrance crosses our yard and you may be greeted by dogs, cats and sometimes even a chicken or two. Friendly VT owners live upstairs.

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
