The Doll House has everything you’ll need at under 700 square feet. This fully-outfitted, historic, full-house rental has a complete kitchen, living room, two-bedrooms, bath, back sitting room, front farmer's porch and beautiful gardens and sitting areas. The Doll House is within easy walking distance to the Town Common, great restaurants and shopping, the Flying Monkey, and PSU. Magical Hermit Yurt - Private White Mountain Woods

This is a beautiful, insulated, 14 foot, Alaskan Hand-crafted, Nomad Shelter Yurt, approximately 1/4 mile hike into our 30 acre wooded property. It is off-grid (i.e, no electricity) but is well heated. The yurt is fully furnished as a bedroom with a double bed, windows, and 5 gallon water dispenser. There is a private out-house a few yards away plus a housed hot shower/compost toilet at the front of the property for summer guests. It is winter accessible by foot/snowshoe/snowmobile.

The farmhouse was built between 1795 and 1800 by the ancestors of the owner. We renovated it in 2017 and added 600 square feet to the original structure. The space combines the charm of the old with the convenience of the new.
