Siedlisko jest położone we wsi Ruś, 7 km od Olsztyna, na wzniesieniu, w sąsiedztwie kilku domów. Przestronny salon, kuchnia, kominek, sauna, duży, jasny taras, grill, duży ogród, huśtawki, hamaki, stół do tenisa stołowego. W domu są cztery sypialnie mogące w pomieścić do 11 osób (3+3+3+2). Zafunduj sobie odpoczynek i wyciszenie. Zapraszamy do magicznej wsi Łajs, na granicy Warmii i Mazur, pośród lasów i jezior. Do Łajsu prowadzą 3 leśne drogi. Brak tu asfaltu, nie ma sklepu ani baru. Tutaj zachwyca szum lasu, zachody słońca nad jeziorami, czysta woda i to coś, czego nie spotkacie nigdzie indziej. To miejsce zasługiwało tylko na piękne domy, w których są sny a wokół sosny. Sąsny to dzieło rodzinne. Domy wpisują się w lokalną architekturę jednocześnie gwarantując komfort i wygodę.

Stodoła nad Biebrzą

Nowoczesna stodoła położona w otulinie Biebrzańskiego Parku Narodowego, w obszarze Natura 2000, nieopodal rzeki Biebrzy. The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

W Stodole jest sala bilardowa z kominkiem. do domu przynależy bardzo duży drewniany taras z jacuzzi (czynnym w sezonie letnim), leżakami, kanapami oraz zewnętrzna jadalnią. Stodoła znajduje się w dużym ogrodzie do wyłącznego użytku gości, z dostępem do stawu z pomostem. W domu jest bezpłatne Wi- Fi. Stodoła jest miejscem przyjaznym alergikom, dlatego zapraszamy do niej bez zwierzaków.

Entspannung in Masuren

Ihr wohnt in einem freistehenden Holzhaus separiert vom übrigen Hof. Natur pur. Von der Terasse habt ihr einen großartigen Fernblick auf die hügelige Wiesenlandschaft. Dort genießt Ihr auch die Sonnenuntergänge. Zum Hofbereich sind es 25 m, dort könnt Ihr auch den Wintergarten und die Bar sowie die Seeterasse nutzen. Beheizt wird das Haus mit einem Kaminofen, der durch Luftzüge auch die obere Etage versorgt. Dafür müsst Ihr Euch um die Befeuerung kümmern.
