The cottage is surrounded by rimu trees, native bush and ferns. It is well away from the main house and has its own driveway, so you have total privacy. Heating/aircon. Breakfast - muesli, yogurt, toast, egg and Nespresso coffee We are very close to the centre of the historic town and heritage buildings. Easy access to the river walkway and shops. Supermarket and cafes are a 5 minute stroll. Thermal hot pools are 5 minutes away. Pets are welcome.

Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.
