Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. A good place to explore the Jurassic coast & attractions such as Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Corfe Castle, Studland, Swanage, Arne Bird Sanctuary, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum & Wareham Forest. 5-minute walk to the picturesque quay & town centre which has pubs, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, buses to tourist attractions & a cinema. 10-minute walk to station. Parking on available on drive.

There is a bus stop and 2 local shops a short walk away, and Wareham train station is within 1 mile. Wareham forest, with bike tracks/walking trails is accessed at the end of the road.

We fully renovated this cosy, two bedroom cottage to create a warm, welcoming space where the only sounds you’ll hear are the tweeting of birds and crackle of the newly fitted wood burning stove. The cottage has a king, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge so is flexible with accommodating various set ups. The location is just about as good as it gets. It’s a 10 min walk along the stunning River Frome into Wareham and a stone’s throw from all major tourist attractions on the Purbecks.

The chalet has a large decking overlooking the sea, it’s a total escape…..it has 1 King Double bedroom with en-suite, & 1 twin, 2 shower rooms & fully fitted modern kitchen/living area which opens onto the large decking area and panoramic views of the sea… to the left is Lulworth Cove, to the right the Isle of Portland, amazing sunrises and sunsets!

Stylish Barn Conversion

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The third bedroom has bifold doors onto the patio and an en-suite with rainfall snail shower. TV/cinema room.

Haylands Hut

We are located in the heart of our working farm with views out to sea and over the fields. The hut has its own private garden and a small juvenile orchard planted infront, where chickens roam free and there is also a permissive footpath from the hut across the fields to kimmeridge beach. It is important to remember that you will be on a working farm so there are noises and occasional smells that come with this. Please contact me for further info. NB. Sadly I do not accept children.
