Designed for families as a relaxing spot to get away from the hustle & bustle of life, the "Hillside Hideaway" is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin perched on a hill in southeastern Missouri with a gorgeous sunset view from the screen porch. We have a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, fire pit, and plenty of toys and games for the whole family. It is just a couple of miles to a sandy swimming beach at Lake Wappapello, the boat ramp at Chaonia Landing, and many hiking trails in Lake Wappapello State Park.

After your day on the beach at beautiful Lake Wappapello chill out on the large, covered patio with plenty of comfortable seating. Have a blast in the rustic game room that boasts darts, foosball, tons of games and a fully equipped bar. We even have Bluetooth speakers!

Breakfast items provided for guests to cook, including farm fresh eggs

Looking forward to a ideal country cabin or relax in the beautifully lit claw foot tub or roast some delicious marshmallows next to the large rock fireplace located in the living room. It is amazing but the sleeping quarters are located up a flight of stairs if you have any disabilities that prevent stairs the cabin is not ideal.
