Relax and unwind in our peaceful 3 bedroom home or get out and enjoy the outdoors! Across the street you can play tennis, basketball, skateboard, ride the pump track or have a BBQ. In a short walk you can enjoy the Upper Clutha river track or swim in lake. Walk up Mt Iron and get a fantastic view of the area. Sticky Forrest mountain bike trails are a 5 min ride from the door. Hello Ranger restaurant is just down the street. Our home is fully equipped for you to truly enjoy your time in Wanaka.

Appliances include - Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Stereo, 65” TV with Chrome cast and Sky Sport. BBQ and outside table and chairs. All bed linen, towels etc. supplied.

Our property was built in 2016 it has wonderful mountain vistas, walking & mountain bike tracks at its door step, light and airy inside with modern decor, open plan living, cool kids bunk room, great indoor out door flow for entertaining on the patio, wood fire for colder winter months. Cardrona and Trebble Cone ski fields just 30mins drive away and the lake is a fifteen minute walk or a few minutes drive.
