The walking and cycling tracks to Waterfall Creek and Glendu Bay are right there and the house is on the road to Roys Peak, Treble Cone and 1 minute to the Cadrona road which takes you to the Cadrona Ski Field or over the Crown Range to Queenstown.

Wanaka is a well renowned winter ski destination and the Belvedere is just a 30 minute drive to two of New Zealand's top alpine ski resorts - Cardrona and Treble Cone. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by permanent residents. Quick stroll to the lake, hotel/bar/restaurant and convenience store. 15 minutes from Wanaka and 45 minutes to both ski fields. You’ll love it, as I do!
