The Silos at Keel's Farm

Welcome to our working tree farm! Agritourism at its best! We love what we do and want to share it with others. We grow container and field grown trees, as well as blueberry and blackberry plants in containers. This particular silo was used on a cattle farm in Social Circle to store grain. Everything in it has a story that you can read about in a book we have provided. We mixed old with new to make this space feel like home. Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.
