This is a complete 2nd floor mother-in-law suite with a private entrance, kitchenette and off street parking for multiple cars with it's own heating and AC. The home was completed in 2015 and features recycled cork floors, a 15x15 master bedroom with a large living space. It is located 1.5 miles from downtown and in a quiet area within walking distance to many parks. There is no additional cleaning fee.
