Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. There is easy access to public transport making exploring easy and convenient.

Desde aqui se puede conocer el centro historico, cultural y comercial de la ciudad caminando o con bicicleta. Aqui pulsa el corazon del este y oeste de Berlin. Tambíen con bus o tren se pueden alcanzar los barrios de la escena urbana. Berlin tiene una de los mejores redes de transporte y de Potsdamer Platz (esta a 300 metros) tienes comunicación directa con cualquier punto de la ciudad. Y si quieres más tranquilidad, hay parques dirctamente en el centro también amplias zonas verdes alrededor.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen dem separaten Eingang, dem großzügigen Platzangebot, der eigenen Küche und den 2 Zimmern mit den 4 komfortablen Betten. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Familien (mit Kindern) und Gruppen bis zu 6 Personen.

The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
