Downstairs it has bathroom and shower, and the upstairs annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow. Parking is available right outside. The Greyhound Pub has an excellent menu plus real ales, and is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants with takeaway/delivered food available within a 3 mile radius.

For business or pleasure it is the perfect getaway as a home from home base from which to work or to explore all that South Staffordshire has to offer.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

Self Contained Mini Flat

“Mini Flat” with fully private access and small outside space. - Kitchenette with sink, hob, microwave and fridge - TV - SMALL DOUBLE bed (4ft) - Shower, toilet and sink - Parking VERY quiet; lakes at both ends of the street. Village centre short walk away with pub, supermarket, café and chip shop. Bus stop is at the end of the street giving quick access to the City Centre. Note the size of the bed please (1 x small double) and it has 1 private bathroom, not 1.5!

Our newly built two bedroom home away from home , with a spacious back garden is strategically nested in a quiet and serene neighbourhood in Wednesbury. It is located within walking distance to the local library, shopping area and family park and is in close proximity to a reliable bus service to West Bromwich, Birmingham City Centre , University of Birmingham and West Midland Safari Park. The Foxes Den is a private annexe or a self-contained flat, next to our family home. Filled with home comforts. You will find your stay relaxing, comfortable and refreshing, in your private quarters. We are friendly, and honest and will try to accommodate all your needs. This is a space for 2 people and pets, we are happy to accommodate children, just ask and we will try and help.
