Meadow View in Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has it's own bathroom, shower and loo. Upstairs our annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow with sink and food preparation area. Private parking for 2 vehicles. The Greyhound Inn has an excellent menu and real ales, and is only a 5 minute walk away. We have many other local food outlets who deliver.

The Mill is a peaceful place to get away to unwind and relax or should you wish has plenty of walks, bike rides, tea rooms, pubs and places to visit close by.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

This is a two bed semi-detached house with easy access to Dudley, Tipton, Wolverhampton, and Birmingham. It is 5-minute drive to the Russell Hall hospital. 10-minutes drive away from the Tipton train station and Cradley Heath Station. Excellent public bus transport links. Close by is the Merry Hill Intu shopping centre, the Black Country Museum, the Dudley Zoo, Castlegate Business park & Great Bridge shopping park. It is a 5mins drive to the high street.

Morfe Farm Annex is a beautiful modernly decorated self catered apartment, adjoining the main property with a separate entrance and parking. We are located in the beautiful Shropshire countryside just 3 miles from the market town of Bridgnorth which is on the banks of the River Severn and home to the Severn Valley Railway. The property is suitable for couples, however there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests at an additional cost.
