Full kitchen and laundry provide a comfort home away from home and 2 Queen size beds mean it can be suitable for 2 couples.

Small (75sqm) unit in very quiet neighbourhood available. Close to Ngaio train station, this cosy home is only 10 minutes into the central train station and Wellington Regional Stadium. We understand the new GST policy was implemented since April 2024 for all New Zealand Airbnb. This means our guests will have to pay 15% GST on top of the costs. Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
