The cottage is nestled between small avocado and mixed fruit orchards, with a view out to the small pond and post’n’rail fenced paddocks beyond. We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Ruakaka Heights Unit

Kick back, relax and enjoy the views from this calm, stylish space. This fully self contained unit with large deck and views over Ruakaka Beach and out to the Hen & Chick's will provide the space you need to unwind and relax, no matter if it is a work trip or a weekend away. Located approx. 10 minute drive from Ruakaka, Marsden Point and One Tree Point, there is plenty to explore, including Marsden Cove Marina & McLeods Brewery all close by.
