The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Luxury at the Beach

A modern two story home only 200 meters walk to the beach. Two large living areas are on the entry level along with a generous kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare dinner including a well stocked pantry which you can use. There is a small bathroom on this level. All the bedrooms plus a large bathroom are downstairs - the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Just 15 minutes walk down the beach to the cafe's and bars plus a mini supermarket.

Free wifi, cleaning & breakfast. My place is close to a beautiful, sandy and family beach. The house has a large three level deck with plenty of room for all guests. It is a short walk to great local cafes/restaurants, a bakery & two well stocked dairies. Continental breakfast provisions provided for all guests. Linen, towels and beach towels provided. Our cleaner sorts the house after the stay.

Seagull Retreat

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Peaceful with the Tui's usually visiting daily! Only a few minutes walk to Waikanae Beach (dog friendly), and there's also a 4 square and 2 cafes within walking distance. Close to the Waikanae Golf course and just minutes away from the expressway! 3 cozy bedrooms and a relaxed atmosphere throughout.
