Our self-contained studio is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We provide a comfy bed and continental breakfast. The studio has beautiful views across farmlands to the Tararua Mountain Ranges and sea views the other side. A 10min stroll takes you to our picturesque beach, via scenic walkways. Peka Peka Beach is great for swimming, walking, or just sitting and relaxing. There are masses of tracks and trails accessible from here and within the Kapiti area, for biking and walking or tramping. A trip to Kapiti Island from Paraparaumu, is a must for nature lovers. For those wanting a more relaxed stay, there are really good cafes and restaurants nearby. Harrison's Garden Cafe in Peka Peka, is great and there is a good variety of eateries at Waikanae Beach. The Shoreline Cinema in Waikanae Township, 5 mins drive away, also for coffee and cake, or well selected wines.

Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

If you enquire about the school holiday promotion,I will make an adjustment to your price. Free wifi, cleaning & breakfast. My place is close to a beautiful, sandy and family beach. The house has a large three level deck with plenty of room for families & friends. It is a short walk to great local cafes/restaurants, a bakery & two well stocked dairies. Continental breakfast provisions provided for all guests. Linen, towels and beach towels provided. Our cleaner sorts the house after the stay.

Three year old stand alone executive villa situated next to the Paraparaumu Beach Golf Course. With private access to the course & a stones throw to the golf club clubrooms, this is perfect for a golfing or chill out weekend away. Take in views the of the course & hills from your bedroom or enjoy some 🥂 on the deck - while being a spectator of the 10th green. If golf isn't your cup of tee there's a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants & bars. Minimum two night stay.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.

Beside the lagoon - Waikanae Beach

A sunny and secluded beach cottage overlooking Waimanu lagoon with views to the Tarurua Ranges inland. A short walk will take you to Waikanae's long sandy beach, the river estuary, cycle tracks and river walks. Accommodation includes a twin room downstairs next to the bathroom, queen bedroom on the mezzanine and another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back. Wake up to see ducks and swans on the water - a truly relaxing and peaceful place to unwind.

Te One - Boutique Beachfront Accommodation

Absolute beach-front in Paekakariki, a Kapiti coast village 40km from Wellington City. Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Only 250 meters to cafes, deli, and an excellent pub/restaurant. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.
