You also get a sunroom with beautiful forest views, and an outdoor firepit. We are located adjacent to Paris Mountain State Park property, and a State Park Pass is included in your stay.

Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

Easy access to the Swamp Rabbit biking and walking trail, and just 4 blocks from the upcoming Unity Park. House is located on quiet residential street with private driveway. The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
