House Katina is traditional stone house renovated in 2022 located in the village Rovinjsko Selo, 7km from Rovinj. The house is ideal for 4 adults but can accommodate up to 6 people. Open space living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the ground floor and are connected to the outdoor dining area and garden. Upstairs you will find bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed, big comfortable bathroom, and third bedroom in the attic area with two sigle beds.

Apartment Solare will offer a unique and relaxing stay with a stunning sea view. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and dining area with sofa, TV, Netflix, and Wifi. The bathroom is spacious, and next to it is a storage room with a laundry machine, hoover, etc. The bedroom has a 180x200cm comfortable bed with a sea view. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
