Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Steinhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Meerblick

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Apartment is located in small peacefull village Sveta Nedjelja on the south side of island Hvar. Aparment consist from one big bedroom, kitchen and dining room, bathroom and terrace with a nice view. The distance from the sea and restaurant is about 100 meters. Apartment is suitable for 2 adults.

Our little cottage is situated in an olive grove in Ivan Dolac. It is a cosy little studio apartment for two people who look for little peace and quiet. The beach is 200 metres away and bars, restaurants and market are 500 metres from our little house.
