Luxury cubist villa apartment in a quiet green residential area. The fully original furnished flat with a private entrance has an area of 75 m². Secure parking in front of the house. Big beautiful garden. Kitchen (full equipped), bedroom for 2 people (bed for babies is available), living room (we can arrange a mattress for third person, ideally a child or a teenager), bathroom with bath and shower (bathrobes are included). Washing machine and dryer. Dogs are welcome for a fee of 10 EUR/day.

Chata se nachází 100m od rybníka s možností koupání, nabízí venkovní krb s udírnou, krásné procházky lesem a v sezóně hojné na houbařské úlovky. V okolí jsou velmi dobře značené turistické a cyklistické trasy.

Set in a spacious garden, it offers a tennis court, an indoor heated pool/ may - September/ sauna and outside barbeque seating. Villa would suit families with children, group of friends or professionals who want to blend work with a leisure.

Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Velký prostorný dům, jen par metru od jezera. Na kraji lesa. V domě je maximální pohodlí, 3 ložnice, každá má svoji terasu. Prostorný obývací pokoj s krbem a výhledem na vodu. Vybavena kuchyně, jídelna na terase. Dvě prostorné koupelny , dvě WC, 15 minut od historického mesta Pisek a 10 minut od zámku Blatná. U nás je klid, pohodlí a k dispozici je i malá loďka. Dum je oplocený.

Zwei größere Seen in der Nähe ,etwa 5 km (Erlauzwiesler See und Freudensee)! Herrliche Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Umgebung! Dreiflüssestadt Passau etwa 20 km entfernt. Nach Tschechien 30 km,Austria 15 km.
