Stow your equipment in our locked ski closet. Snuggle in by the electric fireplace and play boards games. There is a well-equipped kitchen if you'd like to prepare meals "at home" or dine nearby at Traxx Pub and Grill or Carvers Steak House. Hope Lake Lodge has a waterpark and Waterfall Spa. Nature lovers and hikers can enjoy the Finger Lakes Trail system. The ski trails turn into mountain bike trails spring to fall. Getting married or attending a wedding at Greek Peak? This is an ideal location to give you some peace and quiet in between the fun and you can easily walk to venues if you prefer!

We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.
