Tatjana- beutiful Apartment with swimming pool

Modern and beautiful apartment cca 80 m² situated on the second floor of the Villa Bodulka with a large terrace and sea view in a nice and peaceful part of Crikvenica (4 star classification), 600 m away from the beach and the city center you will need only approx. 10 min. walk to get there, but enought away from the city noise you will get comfort, nice and airy accommodation with beutiful view, parking place and swimming pool 28 m² with sun loungers and BBQ area aviable for our guests.

Apartment Lora 4*

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Stone villa with swimming pool

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

House with pool

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

This 4* apartment, located on the first floor, includes everything you can think of having during your vacation. Big living room space has incorporated dining room and the kitchen. Apartment also includes 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can relax at the outdoor pool which is shared with other apartments and enjoy the sea view from your balcony. The apartment is equipped with a 3 smart TV’s and 3 air conditioners. This apartment comes with the free WiFi and parking space.

En la planta baja se encuentra la sala de estar con chimenea y la cocina interior, que está completamente amueblada con un alto nivel. Toda la villa tiene aire acondicionado / calefacción. Hay un patio interior cubierto y sombreado (60 m²) con una cocina al aire libre y una chimenea con parrilla abierta, que también puede convertir a los lechones a motor.
