Garden provided with barbecue set. The studio is situated at the back of the house, very peaceful and away from the street. Furry friends are welcome. The nearest beach is at 750m distance (less than 10 min walk). Supermarket, various restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, public laundry all situated within short walking distance.

Apartment Vin is located in a small quiet place Vinkuran not far from Pula. Our apartment is just few steps from Soline bay, 350 meters from the sea. You can reach the nearest beach on foot in 10 min. Soline Bay is ideal for lovers of kayaking or paddling. Three smaller islands with beautiful beaches and clear sea are available nearby. Only five hundred meters from the apartment is the nearest bar where you can drink coffee or eat toast in the morning. You can also rent a motorboat there.

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Modern and fully renovated and upgraded holiday home from April 2024. Fit for up to four people. One bedroom, one bathroom house with spacious kitchen and living room. Extra couch that can be streched to fit two adult people. Pool with newly added heating and colling features. Add on sauna with olivegarden view. Free use of bikes, barbeque and badminton are some of the options to enjoy at the house.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Die Lage ist super, das Haus befindet sich zwischen Pula und NP kap Kamenjak Viele verschiedene Strände sind in der Nähe und mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
