Prostor Kuća za odmor nalazi se u primorskom selu Vinisce. udaljen je samo 22 km od grada Trogira koji je pod zaštitom UNESCO-a. Kuća pruža idealno polazište za istraživanje cijele regije Sjeverne i Srednje Dalmacije. Nacionalni parkovi Kornati i Krka udaljeni su samo nekoliko sati vožnje. Gradovi Šibenik i Split udaljeni su samo 45 min vožnje od kuće. Mjesto je idealno za obitelji s djecom ili malu skupinu prijatelja. Ako ste u potrazi za mirnim i opuštnim odmorom ovo je pravo mjesto za vas. Seoska luka s kristalno čistom morem udaljena je samo pet minuta (250m) od kuće. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatni parking sa tri slobodne mjesta.. Kuća ima veliku terasu s pogledom na bazen. U vanjskom prostoru nalazi se kameni otvoreni kamin s blagovaonskim stolom i stolicama te ležaljkama . Na prostoru gornje terase nalazi se i mini fitness centar.Osim toga, nekretnina se sastoji od tri spavaće sobe s dvije kupaonice sa, prostranim dnevnim boravkom i potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom. Apartman br. 3 nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući u Vinišću. Uz kuću i apartman je bazen s unutarnjim stepenicama, teren za mini golf, sjenica s garniturom za sjedenje i biljarom, košarkaški teren, roštilj na otvorenome i parkiralište. Unutrašnjost apartmana se sastoji od dvije sobe, kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom, kupaonicom i hodnikom. Soba je opremljena s krevetima vrhunske kvalitete i udobnosti. Apartman je idealan za četiri osobe, a peta po potrebi može biti dijete koje bi spavalo na pomoćnom ležaju.

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The very small room is located on the top floor & offers top views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is best suitable for 1-2P. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (very narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
