This two-story barn conversion retains the rustic allure of its original structure while seamlessly embracing modern design elements. As you step into this cozy holiday home located in the heart of Sufers, you'll be immediately captivated by the beautiful views that surround you. The top floor boasts a spacious living room with a charming fireplace, and a dining area alongside a fully-equipped, open kitchen. On the expansive terrace you can soak up the sun until the late afternoon hours, as you take in the views of the mountains that stretch before you. There is a barbecue grill and a spacious dining table that comfortably seats six people, ideal for enjoying meals under the open sky in the warmer months. On the lower floor you will find a master bedroom with a kingsize bed (180cm), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed. The modern bathroom features a shower and a washing machine / tumble dryer. Downstairs is also a large storage room for you to store your skis, sledges and other bulky items. Please note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are not fully soundproofed. This construction enhances the authentic charm of the house, but may be less suitable for extended stays with friends. Therefore, for longer stays, we primarily recommend this accommodation for couples and families. Sufers is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in the Viamala region, escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In winter you can enjoy unique snow tours, go skiing, cross-country skiing or sledging. The Splügen-Tambo ski resort is only a 5-minute drive from Sufers. From spring to autumn, you can hike to breathtaking mountain lakes, collect mushrooms, climb rocks in the nearby "Magic Wood" boulder park, or simply take a walk around the tranquil Lake Sufers. A very extensively renovated knight's hall apartment grants a wonderful view of the natural surroundings. The heart of the apartment is the new fully equipped kitchen within the Knight’s Hall (78 m 2). Uniquely, The huge fireplace and the baroque stucco work come from the 18th century dominates the rear wall of the Knight’s Hall apartment. The spacious bathroom (19 m 2) and the bedroom (23 m 2) were also freshened up in 2018. In addition to the outdoor seating area, a parking space is available.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Die Aussicht von der grossen Terrasse ist einzigartig. Direkt vor der Haustüre können Sie ihre Wanderschuhe, Skitourenskis oder Schneeschuhe anziehen und loslaufen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit eine Sauna mit Ruheraum für 40.00Fr. zu nutzen

Chalet Balu

Das Heimelige Chalet ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern oder auch nur um zu zweit die Ruhe zu geniessen. Im Chalet befindet sich ein Doppelbett und im Dachstock ein Massenschlag aus Matratzen. Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. Wer lust hat zu grillieren kann bei uns Hofeigene Bio-Rindfeisch Produkte beziehen und andere regionale Produkte.

Unser Ferienhaus "Althus" steht im Safiental im Weiler Gün und ist ein typisches Walsehaus auf 1600m.ü.M. Es wurde 1701 erbaut und 1995 mit dem Denkmalschutz sanft, praktisch und einfach umgebaut. Hier kannst du dich wunderbar inmitten der Natur erholen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst Wanderungen im ganzen Safiental, Besuch auf unserem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb, beobachten von Wildtiere,Farben der Wildwiesen... Im Winter Super für Skitouren, Schneeschuhwanderungen, oder einfach geniessen.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Familien geeignet bis total 6 Personen plus 2 Babies/Kleinkinder. Der Ski Bus hält alle 30 Minuten in unmittelbarer Nähe (250M) und bringt Sie bequem bis zur Talstation. Tiefgaragenplatz, Aussenparkplatz, Spühlmaschine und Feuerstelle sind inklusive.

Der Ort verfügt über eine spektakuläre Sommerrodelbahn. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freibad / Eisfeld, sowie alle Liftstationen sind in max. 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Rückfahrt von der Piste zum Haus ist mit Skis oder dem Bus möglich.

Die Unterkunft liegt an erhöhter, sonniger Lage in der Gemeinde Sufers, ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Sitzplatz mit Blick in die Berge und auf den See. Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.
