The Wren House: Close to Lake

The Wren House is within walking distance of local lakeside attractions such as PM Park; the Tiki Bar; and the Ritz beach, shelter house and boat ramp (lake access that's much less crowded than city and state beach). Its only a 3 minute drive to Clear Lake State Park's trails, beach and picnic areas and less than 10 minutes to get downtown to spend time at the seawall, city beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. The cottage is quaint but very comfortable and stocked with all the trip essentials

Lakeview Cottage - Come Relax in the city of Sportsman's Paradise and enjoy the beautiful views of Clear Lake-Ventura, Iowa, with unobstructed views of the lake. Enjoy our home with games, two TV rooms, a large backyard, boat access, and a park to use in front of the house and on the lake. A short-term rental agreement may be sent to you confirming the policies and rules, which must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking. This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Wanting to wake just a couple feet from the water with the best view of the lake? My one bedroom lake condo is just that as there is no rental on the lake closer to the water. Great for couples & small families- Bedroom has a comfortable king bed, full size pullout couch & queen size double stacked air mattress that self-inflates. The lake condo has all amenities of a home as well as a shared spacious patio with plenty of seating and a 300 foot dock for your use!

Contractors enjoy staying while they are in the area. Families also hold family gatherings here. The Clausen House was built in 1890 and is a majestic place to stay. It is a great place for large family Gatherings It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room. It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. Close to downtown with only a short walk!

The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City. This quiet, cozy, country home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We'll welcome you with a loaf of homemade bread and seasonal jam.

The Half Pint Lake House is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood one block off of Clear Lake and a short 5 minutes walk to State Beach Park. We purchased and renovated the home for guest and families to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Clear Lake as we have with our family through four generations! Bring your beach towel and picnic basket and enjoy a day at the beach!
