Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Apartamento tipo loft luminoso, espacioso y confortable de 67 m² con una gran terraza privada de 25 m², situado en una calle tranquila cerca de Backerteich. El pueblo de Velden y la orilla del lago están a solo 8 minutos a pie. El apartamento cuenta con una cama extragrande, un sofá cama, baño privado con ducha y una cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas y cafetera Nespresso. Hay senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta junto al alojamiento. Capacidad máxima: 2 adultos y 1 niño.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Umgeben von Natur und Ruhe ist es der perfekte Ort für Erholungssuchende und Entdecker. Entspannt auf der Terrasse, im Whirlpool (April – Oktober) oder plant an der Feuerschale euren nächsten Ausflug. Dank der zentralen Lage sind Seen, Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele schnell erreichbar.

Die moderne Wohnung mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 80 m² besticht durch ihre zentrale Lage – nur etwa 3 Gehminuten vom Herzen Veldens entfernt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der private Badesteg am Wörthersee, der sich rund 1 km von der Wohnung entfernt befindet und exklusiv zur freien Nutzung bereitsteht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Nach 22 Uhr wird kein Lärm geduldet. Ebenfalls sind Partys in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.

Sie bietet ein gemütliches Zuhause für bis zu vier Personen und einen Panoramablick über den Wörthersee, Velden und den Karawanken.
