Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Family friendly apartment with plenty of space for 4 on Resarö, a peaceful island close to the beautiful town of Vaxholm, where you can catch a boat to many other islands or Stockholm centre. 2 minute drive to beach, access to forest walks, local shop, tennis court, cafe and public transport just minutes away. Shared outdoor deck with firepit. Vanoe or SUP hire is available on the island. Apartment is attached to, but completely separate from main house with own front door.

Resarö ligger i Vaxholms kommun, som även kallas skärgårdens huvudstad. En fördel är att Resarö har en riktig väg till fastlandet, dvs du kan åka bil, buss eller cykla utan behov av färja. Kommunikationerna till Stockholm och Vaxholms Stad är bra, det går bussar nästan dygnet runt. Kommer du från Arlanda flygplats (ARN) tar det ca 45 minuter med taxi. Boendet ligger i en lummig trädgård med djur, natur och hav in på knuten. Badbrygga i Östersjön finns ca 200 m från huset.
