Boendet erbjuder alla bekvämligheter och är något för livsnjutaren. Huset är byggt 2015 men har endast använts i tre år och upplevs därför som helt nytt. 150 meter till närmsta badplats. Huset ligger 25 minuter med bil från Stockholm city respektive 30 minuter med buss. Bussen går ca 200 meter från huset.
