Located on the South Hill in a quiet neighborhood. ✈️ 20 minutes to the airport 🏥 10 min Secret Heart Hospital 🏥 12 minutes to Deaconess Hospital 🛒 Lots of shopping and groceries within 10 minutes- Trader Joe’s, Ross, Safeway, Rosaur’s, etc. We use natural or unscented cleaning products so you don’t have to worry about being blasted with chemicals or strong smells.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

We have renovated this 1906 barn into a perfect guest suite including all the modern conveniences without losing the rustic elegance of the past. Welcome to the Funky D Ranch.

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Spacious one bedroom basement apartment in a secure, quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Includes a kitchen, washer/dryer, and gas fireplace. The private apartment is 900 square feet. A keyless entry code is provided 24 hours prior to arrival. Blocks from shopping and restaurants, and only 15 minutes from downtown.

The Shop on Cherry w/ hot tub

The Shop on Cherry was created by the owners of Lincoln Build Works and designed to marry modern industrial with the charm of semi country living. Located on Spokane’s coveted south hill, just 8 minutes from Downtown and quick access to I90. Come, stay, relax, and enjoy a peaceful walk down Cherry Lane.
