Enjoy coffee in the mornings and BBQ at night on the deck with those Views! We have 2cabins that are nestled in a friendly neighborhood, with private access to the shoreline. Surrounded by trees and a 100' private deer trail to the lake. Enjoy shared amenities like a rowboat, SUP, and fishing poles. Dog friendly. Your perfect mountain getaway awaits!

Vallecito Log Cabin with a View

Enjoy all Vallecito Lake has to offer from this 2 bedroom 1 bath log cabin located at the North End of Vallecito. You can walk down to the Lake or the Country Market while taking in all the fresh mountain air. Outside your cabin enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill and patio furniture. Also included in your stay are use of the heated indoor swimming pool (Pool is Open May 1st – Nov 30th, Dec 20th – Jan 6th Daily Hours: 10am – 8pm) & playground located 4 miles south of the cabin at Pine River Lodge.

This is a private cabin at Elk Point Lodge- a peaceful and secluded resort tucked in the pines on the eastern shore of Vallecito Reservoir - the quiet side. There is convenient free lake access from this cabin. Cabin 5, the Wilderness Cabin, is our largest with 3 bedrooms and plenty of room. The fun retro decor highlights our amazing location within the San Juan National Forest and the majestic area wildlife. The large new deck has room for the whole crew to relax and take in stunning views.

(Please note that the loft has a low ceiling height & ladder steps.) Your family will enjoy lots of outdoor space on this extra large property!

Easy access to Electra Lake with many nearby hiking trails and limitless recreational activities. Five person Hot Tub is perfect for relaxing after a day at the slopes or your favorite adventure. A cute cabin with an ideal location. It is easy to find, and it is just off the county road with plenty of parking space. Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.
