Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Im wunderschönen Tschierv, in unmittelbarer Nähe des schweizer Nationalparks befindet sich diese helle, mit viel Arvenholz bestückte, geräumige 4.5 Zimmer-Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer (2x Doppelbett, 1x Einzelbett). Die Bushaltestelle ca. 200m zu Fuss entfernt führt im Winter Skifahrer ins Skigebiet Minschuns⛷️🛷 und im Sommer Biker🚵🏼 oder Wanderer🥾 in höher gelegene Gebiete. In Tschierv selber bietet ein Spielplatz mit Grillstelle sowie ein Aussenfreibad für Familien ein Ort zum verweilen.

Im Wohnzimmer sind auch zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein Zimmer hat ein Kajüttenbett, aus diesem Grund sind nur fünf Betten angegeben. Die Wohnung hat aber sechs Schlafmöglichkeiten.
