Deck overlooks the river. 3 minutes from Garner State Park, 12 minutes from both Leakey and Concan. The Space On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a loft, & reading space. Each bedroom has a full and single bed. Bottom floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, living space with a pull out couch & spacious dining and kitchen area.

One of our off-site properties, River Park Lodge overlooks the Sabinal River just south of Utopia Park Lake. This 4 bed, 2 bath home has a big porch, hot tub and 300 feet of private river frontage. A fully stocked kitchen, nice living area, along with hardwood floors make this house extremely inviting! Linens and towels are provided. 3 rooms have queen beds, and the 4th has two bunks each with full mattresses. There will be a $110 cleaning fee added to your reservation. NO PETS ALLOWED

There is a 50" smart TV connected to DIRECTV in the living room and internet access. Has a front porch with great views and additional patio out back. There is plenty of outdoor space for your family to relax, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, enjoy your morning coffee with mountain views.

Frio Bravo Cabin -Great Location -Sleeps 12-14

This Cabin comfortably sleeps 12 to 14 people, but can accommodate 16. It has two bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, two bedrooms with two full-size beds in each, and two full-size futons in the living room. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with basic kitchen items, and a washer and dryer. Outside there's a patio with a hot tub, fire pit, charcoal BBQ grill, picnic tables, horseshoes, & volleyball net.

This new and modern golf course home is the perfect location for family vacations, reunions, and/or business trips. Ace of Spades has 5 bedrooms/4.5 baths. Enjoy the gorgeous pool with large tanning shelf, hot tub, firepit, and outdoor kitchen/bar with plenty of space for the whole gang. Activities include poker table, corn hole, horseshoes, Golden Tee, and directly located on the 9th fairway.
