Luxury seaside apartment

This seaside apartment is located in the heart of the small and idyllic town Ekenäs just an hour away from Helsinki. The sea, restaurants and bars and of course the beach is really just seconds away. The apartment is about 180m2 and divided into three floors, with four bedrooms. We do have a handicap-friendly elevator you can use if needed. The house has two bathrooms and is also equipped with a bubble bath and a sauna, of course. We'd love to tell you more - so don't hesitate to contact us!

Two-room flat on the fifth floor

Munkkiniemi is an affluent neighbourhood that's easily accessible from Helsinki city centre and the airport. There are shops, cafes and restaurants right next to my place. It has peaceful surroundings and good public transport connections. Within walking distance are Alvar Aalto's home and office, Seurasaari and Hotel Kalastajatorppa. You will have the place for yourself for the duration of your stay. My home is not suitable for people with dog allergy. I'll be happy to help with anything!

Old Town - Seafarer apartment

Unique possibility to enjoy Finnish 1970 vintage and design in the Old Town in Tammisaari. Seafarers and hatmakers have since 1880s enjoyed life on the property where an old stable and cabin were transformed into modern living in the 70s. Now fully renovated keeping the 70s vibe and furnished with Finnish design. The hosts look forward to share the closed cosy garden in the Old Town - you only have 100 meters to the ocean, the old church with its beautiful tower and the market place.

Kaikki palvelut sijaitsevat lähellä (mm. kauppa, kuntosali, junapysäkki 5km). Myös lemmikit ovat lämpimästi tervetulleita. Hyvät lenkki-, sieni- ja marjamaastot lähtevät suoraan ovelta.

Asunto sijaitsee aivan meren äärellä, rauhallisessa taloyhtiössä.   Arabian rikkauksiin kuuluu luonto, kattavat palvelut ja erinomaiset kulkuyhteydet kaupungin ytimeen.  Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä pääset ihailemaan Vanhankaupunginkoskesta, Lammassaaren ja Kuusiluodon ulkoilureiteistä ja merimaisemista. Lähistöllä urheilupuisto, jossa ulkokuntosali, jalkapallo, koripallo ja tenniskentät. Lapsille leikkipuistoja joka pihalla. Kauppakeskus ja palvelut 250m päässä.

Authentic neighborhood near bustling city center

The apartment has been renovated in spring 2019 with a completely new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen should meet the demands of a good home cook. Basic amenities are always available, we will try to meet extra requests. Netflix is for free. The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.

Kaksio rauhallisessa taloyhtiössä. Rautatieasemalle on 1,8 km, kauppaan 400m ja keskustaan n. 1,5 km. Asunnossa on yksi parisänky ja yksi vuodesohva. Patja viidennelle henkilölle. Parveke löytyy. Vuodevaatteet ja käsipyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan, samoin loppusiivous. Kylpypyyhkeet erikseen pyydettäessä. Sisäänkirjaus klo 14 alkaen ja uloskirjautuminen klo 12, ellei toisin sovita. Autopaikkaa ei ole, mutta ilmainen parkkis on ihan vieressä. Tervetuloa mun kotiin . ☺️
