It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. It has all you need for a wonderful stay: peace & quiet, beautiful views over the countryside, luxury and comfort. Just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam + free parking space!

Beautiful bungalow with 1800m2 for peace seekers

This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

Basic guesthouse with comfortable beds. Sleeps 4 with private bathroom. On the grounds of our farmhouse. Situated in a rural area, but close to the city of Utrecht. Perfect location for bicycle lovers. Two bicycles can be used for free. More upon request. Stay green: This is a solar powered guesthouse. Although in a quiet rural street very close to the city of Utrecht. It will take you 15 minutes to bike right into the center of town, or 18 minutes by bus (and a walk to the bus stop).

💎 Situated on crystal clear water, you find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. You will explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

De Polderschuur is een zelfstandige woning voor maximaal 2 personen, met alle voorzieningen die u zich kunt wensen. Op de benedenverdieping komt u binnen in de gezellige woonkamer met keuken. In de lichte, stijlvol ingerichte woonkamer is het heerlijk toeven. Ontspan op de grote bank met een goed boek of kijk een film of uw lievelingsprogramma op de tv met uitstekend geluidssysteem en radio. De keuken heeft een koelkast, vaatwasser, combimagnetron, snelkookapparaat en Nespressoapparaat.

You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.
