Gateway to Crater Lake National Park, the Klamath Basin & Diamond Lake this cabin is a gem offering a peaceful getaway with 3 bedrooms & 3 bath. Located in the beautiful Cascade Mountains is your "Get Away". The cabin is in the small town of Prospect. Just 40 min. to Crater Lake the cabin is complete with Central Heat/Air. King bed, queen bed and two twin beds. Walking distance or short drive to crater lake zip line, lots of beautiful hiking trails, miles of lake to canoe or kayak. Only 45 miles to crater lake. Big Tree Cabin is a 1920’s cabin that has been fully updated and brought into the modern age with red oak hardwood floors throughout. We have kept the connection with nature and combined it with handmade simplicity and country warmth. The home is surrounded by majestic Douglas Fir, Incense Cedar and Ponderosa Pine. Most of these trees can be considered “old growth”. Many of them are 150+ years old.
