Enjoy a relaxing break in this two bedroom ground floor disabled friendly apartment. Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Roundwood nestles in the beautiful countryside of the Welsh borders close to the town of Knighton. Roundwood affords glorious views of the Shropshire hills and the Welsh Marches. Roundwood is a smallholding with horses, sheep and chickens who wander in the pastures that surround the accommodation. The Stables is a self contained one bedroom cottage comfortably furnished with a large bathroom, kitchen, lounge and utility room. It has access to a secure dog exercise area and tennis court.

North Challacombe Farm is a luxury accessible and spacious 5 bedroom home set in 50 acres within Exmoor Park, with breathtaking countryside and sea views. This is a perfect house to relax and unwind away from the crowds but is equally well positioned to access some of the best sights of North Devon. This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.
