Wellington Carriage House

You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

Have time with your love at this stylish, quiet studio. The gorgeous, quiet Lake Washington island is right in the center of the Greater Seattle Area, close to Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond, just a 10-minute drive away. We're a 3-minute walk from Mercer Island downtown with Restaurants, Cafes, and stores, and even a minute's walk to Park&Ride and Mercer Dale Park. The cleaning fee includes full treatment and cleaning of the spa amenities.

This one-bedroom, fully equipped home is located on five wooded acres, across the driveway from the host's primary residence. In the past, the home was used by my in-laws. The location is very quiet with an on-site hiking trail through majestic evergreen trees. We are within a mile of shopping and dining facilities. We are within a half hour drive of Seattle and Everett, Washington.
