Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home.

Cozy cabin on Laurel Lake

Come visit our rustic cabin on Laurel Lake just outside of Bandon, OR. The cabin has private lake access. This retreat has two bedrooms and one bathroom inside the main cabin. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake, a queen bed, TV and a small closet. The kids can retire to the bunk room with one set of bunk beds and a twin bed. In addition, there is an A-frame structure with three twin beds, a couch and TV. Our kitchen has been completely remodeled with new appliances.

Floras Lake Guest House

The Floras Lake Guest House is located in my garden at Floras Lake. A private bath, kitchenette (coffee pot, microwave, small frig, dishes, blender, toaster, etc.) queen bed and sitting area complete this private, serene space. An electric fireplace adds heat and a lovely ambience. A large screen television has access to Amazon and Netflix. WiFi service is provided. Guests have use of two kayaks (during summer months only), dock and viewing deck via a private stairway.

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special.
