We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

We've chosen the best: a double bed with a comfortable mattress for a deep sleep; kitchen with all stuff when cooking for your loved one; a leather couch; and warm organic oak floors. Welcome!

The apartment has 2 large bed rooms and its own bathroom. Further you have 2 single beds up on the gallery. You are invited to many sportive activities. It is located on 1200m above sea level in the immediate vicinity of the ski bus (5 min to the gondola lift Pengelstein I & Ki-West). A practice slope for children is in front of the house.
