The second floor includes two more bedrooms and a bathroom. The exterior offers a screen porch with hot tub, wraparound deck and 35+ acres of woods bordering conservation land in Monterey.

We are a quick ride to Ski Butternut, Catamount, Tanglewood, Lenox and Great Barrington.

We are located close to a number of excellent ski slopes. Our cottage is the last house on a private road and right next to protected forest. You can't ask for more privacy, peace and quiet than you'll find at our little piece of paradise on the pond!
