Turtle Moon Cottage - 500 steps to Tybee Beach

This historic raised beach cottage was built in 1920. Beautiful, original pine walls and floors. We want you to feel like you are borrowing a friend's beach house. You can feel your shoulders relax when you walk in the door. Ideal location on a quiet residential street, but only 500 steps (1/4 mile) from the beach, pier, or bars and restaurants on the south end of the island. 2nd story front and back porches. House on a corner lot. Offers amazing people watching.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Whimsical, 1940s Cottage 4 blocks to the Ocean!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private, whimsical, side patio with charcoal grill, great front porch, and super quiet area. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

Lighthouse Point Oceanfront Retreat

This coastal retreat is on the second floor in the quaint complex, Lighthouse Point, on Tybee Island's beautiful North Shore. Updated and professionally decorated, this space offers everything you'll need and want for the perfect vacation getaway. The unit itself has a stunning ocean view along with a balcony porch that stretches across the living room and master bedroom spaces. Swim and tennis also available on property.

Coral Cottage

Coral Coattage is located just a short 3.5 blocks walk to the beach. Located on Tybee's south end close to the business district with easy access to shopping, dining, night life and attractions like Tybee Pier and pavilion, and the Marine Science Center. This 1940's Cottage offers great beachy décor and extras like full laundry room, charcoal grill, swing and picnic bench, and off street parking (can fit up to 3 cars.)

Welcome 2026! Adorable Tybee cottage with Pool/Spa

This is a honeymooners delight! Small families are welcome too. *During the winter months-the Heated Spa is available, but not the pool. Heated pool option is available after April 1st, 2026 and only if daytime temperature is above 70 degrees. HEATED POOL/SPA OPTION IS $40.00 per DAY EXTRA. Charged at end of stay and only for days that heat is turned on. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.

Stunning View, Secluded, Short Walk to the Beach

Best of both worlds. Great place to view herons, egrets even an occasional otter from the back porch, yet only a 6-minute walk to the secluded Tybee North Beach. After guests go down a private lane, relax and enjoy the tidal creek views and birds on. For cooler months, we have a fireplace. June, July 2026, 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday, check in/check out required.
