Relaxed Apartment with a Patio in The Castro

Brew a cup of coffee in a cozy kitchen with elegant tiling and find a seat on a decked patio wrapped in a leafy garden. Curl up with a book on a modern sofa in a living area boasting colorful paintings, a stocked bookcase, and exposed wood beams. The unit is a private apartment below the main house with a private entrance. There is one bedroom and a pull out queen sofa. There is room for approx four people (2 per bed) and one bathroom. The summer kitchen features a brand new quartz counter top, beautiful spanish tile backsplash, drink refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster oven (for light heating), and a full set of dishes and glass ware for pizza night at home. There is closet and shelf space for your extra goods and an iron with an ironing board. It's so close to the action it's not even funny! :-) Guests are invited to use the private patio space just outside of the guest unit. We live right upstairs so fully available to all guests during their stay and only a quick text away. The apartment occupies the remodeled lower level of a house in the historic Castro neighborhood. A vibrant nightlife and dining scene is steps away. Head to the iconic Castro Theatre to see a film or take a scenic stroll to Mission Dolores Park. The Muni is a 7 minute walk that takes you to the BART transport to the airport and downtown and financial district. Several buses that run through this area to the rest of the city. Busy area in terms of Lyft/Uber/cabs. Parking can be a bit tough at times, but we never have too much trouble finding a space a block or less from the house. The neighborhood does however, require a parking permit per day. Unfortunately, I have a limited number of passes and will not be able to offer these with the unit. Please be mindful that tickets may be given, but they are generally more sticklers about street cleaning that daily parking permits. I am currently trying to locate nightly parking facilities nearby. If you can manage here without a car, that would be best.

Spacious + Luxurious 3BR/2BA Near Golden Gate Park

Pluck a lemon or 2 from the garden trees past the back deck for cooking with in the chef's kitchen. Dine next to a classic Banksy mural and enjoy the animal art, bright yellow bookshelves, and orange and turquoise splashes adding further vibrant notes. The home comes with a well-equipped kitchen, most typical kitchen accessories are available. Towels and basic bathroom amenties (soap, shampoo, body wash, etc..) are provided. The main TV in the living room comes with HBO, STARZ, CINEMAX and many movies on-demand. The upstairs portion of the home. GARAGE is not accessible. The space is the top unit of a 2 unit home. This Parkside/Sunset location is close to Ocean Beach and San Francisco Zoo, while many of the city's finest restaurants are within a 5-minute drive. Reach almost anywhere in the city quickly via MUNI public transportation, less then a block away. The muni train is conveniently located 1 block away, which connects to downtown, the ball park, Caltrain and almost anywhere in the city. On the same block as the home you also have the muni bus which goes to golden gate park, Golden Gate Bridge and the presidio.

One block from historic Castro district.

Peaceful Studio in the Trees

Private Studio with a beautiful view, surrounded by urban nature. The studio is cozy and cabin-like with everything you need to enjoy your visit. The neighborhood is peaceful for a city setting. Duboce Triangle is a gorgeous, central neighborhood in San Francisco and arguably one of the best! Our walking score is 98. Enjoy Victorian houses and tree-lined walks to coffee shops, parks, restaurants, fitness studios, events, work, and easy access to public transit for all the sightseeing.

Sweet Noe Valley Suite

Relax at this quiet, peaceful, private and cozy suite. Enjoy the deck and garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. It can accommodate 4 with less privacy. Over 2 adult guests there is an extra fee of $25/per night. Children under 16 are free. Public transportation, restaurants, cafes, whole foods, bakery etc are all in walking distance. There is street parking with no restrictions. Dog friendly and of course wifi. I live on the property and available should you need anything.

King Bed Studio w/ Full Kitchen in Lower Haight

This stylish studio is the perfect stay for leisure and work trips. The only shared spaces are the common hallways — your unit is entirely private.

Refreshed 3BR/1.5BA upstairs home in peaceful Parkside. 1 block to L Taraval Muni for a 20-min ride downtown, Chinatown, or Fisherman’s Wharf. Walk to cafes, dining, and groceries. Includes fast Sonic WiFi, streaming, high-end appliances, free parking, and a sunroom. Privacy Note: We live downstairs, but there are no shared spaces. Your suite is completely private and self-contained. We are easily available if you need quick assistance or maintenance.

Cozy 2 BR Apt. In The Sunnyside

Dear Guests, We will continue with the Covid cleaning protocol to do the most we can to insure your safety and good health. Catching a cold or having even a mild flu whether Covid or not can be unpleasant. The guest apartment has its own entrance located on the ground level of our home. The private apartment is 720 sq ft and has 8 ft ceilings. The living room and kitchen are new as of 2013 and the bath and the two bedrooms are remodeled.

Mediterranean style private studio

This beautiful and spacious Mediterranean-style private studio (550 sq. ft.) is located within my primary residence in the lovely Monterey Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. I live on-site and occupy the residence during guest stays. Guests enjoy a private, comfortable space with their own entrance, while I am nearby if assistance is needed. This peaceful retreat offers convenient access to all that San Francisco has to offer.
