Congo Camp House in the forest

Rustic, character filled, architect designed cabin with a master loft and two small bedrooms constructed largely from recycled building materials, located in a rural-residential area on 5 acres of forest close enough to the ocean you can hear it in the distance. There are neighbours but it's relatively private. Just to be absolutely clear, the Camp House is not 'on' the beach but it's close. It takes about four minutes to get to Congo Beach by car. We are 'pet friendly'. Max guests - six people.

Lakeside @ Tuross Head is right on the shared path that runs around the town and connects all the beaches. Stroll to the lake or take a scenic walk through wetlands to beautiful beaches and spectacular headlands which offer great opportunities for whale watching or seal spotting. Tuross Head has great fishing, swimming and boating.

Mogo Zoo & Batemans Bay 20 min north; Bodalla Dairy & art galleries 20 min south. Moruya has plenty of cafes & you can enjoy the popular Riverside Markets every Sat morning or the SAGE growers markets every Tues afternoon. OR simply relax with a wine & BBQ; a cuppa on the front verandah, or snuggle inside with the woodstove on & watch a DVD or stream shows.
